The alcohol lobby is so dedicated to keeping ingredient lists off of labels that there's not even a requirement to list allergy information.
There's a proposal on the table to do so, but if it passes, it would still take 5 years to go into effect.
Wine isn't the worst offender though, since it would mostly just mean milk and eggs, used to fine the wine. Fish products aren't used much anymore.
