Tomorrow the bar goes on the back (along with other strength moves that are tbd)

Those who do legs 3x a week and sprint..when do you fit in the sprints. After a leg workout our in between lifting days? I’d like to start working in sprints at least once a week but am unsure the optimal time to do so.
