What did everyone do at the gym today? It was a metcon conditioning day for me: 30 inch Box jumps Dumbbell cleans Dumbbell snatches Skier Rower Assault bike Push-ups Burpees Core work Tomorrow the bar goes on the back (along with other strength moves that are tbd)

@jack as a counter to apple disallowing zaps and not supporting bitcoin in apple wallet — I think it’s time you allow bitcoin payments in Square terminals. What do you say?

Those who do legs 3x a week and sprint..when do you fit in the sprints. After a leg workout our in between lifting days? I’d like to start working in sprints at least once a week but am unsure the optimal time to do so.
