Been toying with the idea of going full carnivore. Anyone care to share their experiences good and bad?
#meat #carnivore
Bitcoin is the Dark Horse in the game of global money. USD, Euro, Yen, CNY, British pound, and Gold are the big players currently, but the winner will ultimately be BTC. Timeline uncertain, probably 10-50 years down the road. Will be fun to watch.
Pareto principle applied to human progress. Most progress comes from a small subset of the population. The larger the population, the more of these outliers we have and the more progress we have. Ergo, depopulating the planet would have a chilling effect on progress and may even lead to civilization imploding and sending us back to the stone age.
I'm 1000x more concerned about running low on talented people than I am about us running low on commodities/energy/land.
Most people who use Bitcoin in the future will never interact with the Bitcoin mainchain nor the lightning network directly. We're going to enter a world of free neobanking.
Central banks are already obsolete. They are dinosaurs and Bitcoin is the comet.
Bitcoin isn't digital gold, it's the algorithm/network that replaces all fiat money.
Lying about your taxes is like lying to a mugger. It might be dangerous, but you shouldn't feel bad about doing it.
Why do you think that most governments in the world are authoritarian?
Look on the bright side, you could have lost a bunch of bitcoin on Mt. Gox.
Do you think that Bitcoin could hit $1,000,000 USD in the next two years?
I'd say it's possible, but only if all hell is breaking loose in the fiat system and the central banks are injecting liquidity like their lives depend on it.
I'm all in on Bitcoin and NOSTR. LFG!
Seriously though, I use no other social media and own no other assets.
So many progressive/socialist ideas sound good on the surface, but end up overlooking the associated costs and trade offs with implementing the idea.
For example, every should get a college degree and be backstopped by federally guaranteed student loans. What could go wrong?
Now we have a rising generation who have *mostly* worthless pieces of paper and student loans they'll never be able to pay back. Meanwhile the US doesn't have enough high skill tradesman to build or repair anything at a reasonable cost.
The hardest thing for many to accept is that things have a way of sorting themselves out if you don't interfere and let the market sort things out.
Really want to move to a more free state in the Union, but my wife's family lives in a liberal hell hole and she doesn't want to leave. FML.
That's gay and retarded! Need to ban people who say mean words!
