Had a realtor say that they always recommend home ownership over renting. Of course you do. However, if you do the math, home ownership usually costs more than renting especially with higher end homes. Now with Bitcoin, you could rent, save the difference, and would probably come out ahead. Also, calling a home and investment is bullshit. It's a durable consumer good and a liability.
