gonna pay the mexicans fuck this shit: it's about $250 to pay the mexicans to wash the driveway / sidewalk which you have to do about twice a year or about $2,000 to buy the equipment to do it yourself so in about 4 years the equipment will pay for itself the problem is that money is short right now until the old New Jersey house sells so the only logical choice is to pay the mexicans. also that fucking pressure washer looks fiddly AF. too much maintenance involved for something that will only be used twice a year. the other option is the EGO pressure washer which is only $500 if you have batteries and charger already ( i do ) but it is 1/3 the power which makes it basically incompatible with so called surface pressure washers which means using it will be a nightmare at which point the real cost will be my suffering to get the job done in 90 degree heat. the EGO is just not meant for big jobs like this. mexicans is the only thing that makes sense

bad news frens the EGO pressure washer isn't powerful enough the giveaway was that it is part of their consumer line not their commercial line all the EGO equipment i ordered so far is from the commercial line i refuse to order consumer grade equipment my guess is eventually EGO will come out with a commercial power washer that takes six batteries like their electric mowers that you ride ( as opposed to my walk behind mower that takes 2 batteries ). but the one they have out right now is a consumer model and is a toy basically. thinking i might need Honda GX390 powered Simpson 4.0 GPM power washer ...

Meanwhile i have to wash the sidewalk because for some reason i felt entitled to living in a paradise. it is times like this when i envy Aruvin who lives in an apartment the size of my master bathroom, has no car, no AC no HOA and no problems. and the worst part is because i have a large corner lot i have over 200 feet of sidewalk to wash ! ! ! i cannot stress this enough frens. do not EVER buy a house on a corner lot ! almost all large but cheap homes i saw on sale were corner lots and Realtors all say that corner lots are "desirable" well guess what - all salespeople do is lie. i tried to avoid a corner lot as much as i could but ultimately i had to take it and now i am paying the price because not only do i have 3X the landscaping i also have 3X the sidewalk to wash ! in fact if you have good knees just get a townhome that way you don't have to do any of this shit because HOA will do it themselves. the problem is i sometimes get injured olympic lifting and can't use the stairs and with a townhome you can't avoid using the stairs. an apartment in a building with an elevator is an option but i needed a garage with electric car charging and those are really hard to find in apartment buildings. anyway i fucked myself pretty good with this corner lot shit. @Prince Aleph
