I have 6x the amount of followers on nostr than Twitter Yet I get a fraction of the engagement on here. I usually post the exact same content between the two platforms. I’ve been on nostr for 3x the time. Why is that?

PSA: if a brand does not provide Certificates of Analysis (COAs) on their website or email, then they are not lab tested. Doesn’t matter what claims they make on their product page about being: “Tested” “Clean” or “Pure” Those are marketing terms it hopes you will fall for. If you want to find brands that aren’t actively trying to defraud you, head here:

Once you get into cooking, you find out about smoke points of certain cooking fats. Olive oil is presumed to be the best one to use by normies? Why? It has a smoke point of 360F. Way too low for normal cooking. Go with Great Ghee, 480F smoke point. One less thing to worry about. image

First it was: “Buy non-GMO” Then it was quickly: “Buy Organic” Now we are entering the phase of: “Buy Seed-Oil Free” Very soon we will enter: “Buy 3rd Party Lab Tested” Consumers are tired of being mislead and will very quickly en masse demand verification backing claims
