I like to exit the matrix and get away from it all from time to time. Creativity has been a helpful tool for me to find a little inner peace. I hand draw these geometric shapes called mandalas and then fill them out and decorate them with sand and shells. The whole process allows me become present, rests my awareness on just one thing and opens me to insights that are whispered from within It is my favourite way to meditate! image

I'm thinking about how ubiquitous taking selfies is in our culture in general. Using myself as my own best guinea pig, because I take as many selfies as most people and to be clear, many of them I cherish and am happy I took them. But I have always felt that there is a little something that is unnerving about the Selfie too. Since that very first person who decided to turn their camera back upon themselves, a whole new cultural behaviour was born. But perhaps we made an innocent mistake and missed some subtle things about the selfie photo or video. Currently I am thinking about how the act of taking a selfie disrupts my relationship with both Time and Space...... Space: The act of taking a selfie or focusing on a phone screen contracts our spatial experience. Where once our environment extended to the farthest point our eyes could see, it becomes confined to the few inches of a digital screen. This contraction of space is not just physical but also perceptual. Our awareness and attention, which could embrace a vast panorama, are now funneled into a small, pixelated window, leaving the richness of our surroundings less acknowledged and less appreciated. Time: Similarly, the use of phones to capture moments disrupts our temporal experience. In seeking to record the present, we inadvertently step out of it. This act transforms the present moment into something to be consumed in the future, paradoxically ensuring that we're never fully present in either. When these captured moments are shared, they invite others to also step out of their present, perpetuating a cycle where everyone is constantly shifting between past and future, rarely anchored in the now.

The reason I LOVE #Nostr right now is because...... The algorithms that drive platforms like #Instagram and #TikTok prioritize content that is likely to generate the most engagement, which can lead to a homogenized and sometimes superficial experience. In contrast, platforms like this one, where users have more control over their data and the content is not driven by the same type of engagement-focused algorithms, can foster a different kind of community interaction. The focus on genuine connections rather than gaining followers or likes can create a more authentic and less commercialised environment. Which is really nice!

"The Pearl Beyond Price: The Power of Choice in the Present Moment" At the heart of our fast-paced, digitally dominated world lies a hidden gem, a 'Pearl Beyond Price' — the power of conscious choice. It’s a simple yet profound realization that within each of us resides the ability to pause, to shift gears, to choose presence over distraction. This choice, seemingly mundane, is in fact an act of quiet rebellion against the relentless tide of information and stimulation that defines our era. Imagine the scenario: surrounded by the buzz of notifications, the relentless cycle of news, and the constant pull of digital demands, you find yourself at a crossroads. In this moment, a decision awaits. The decision to say, “Enough. I choose a different path.” It’s the decision to turn off the news, to silence the phone, to step back from the endless stream of digital chatter. And instead, to choose a meditation, a moment of stillness. This act of choosing meditation over the digital whirlwind is not just a pause; it’s a profound engagement with the present moment. It’s an acknowledgment that amidst the chaos, peace can be found — not in some distant retreat or sanctuary, but right here, in the midst of our daily lives. It's a recognition that the true power lies not in the external world of screens and information but within our own minds and hearts. This choice is the 'Pearl Beyond Price'. It’s priceless because it represents something that cannot be bought, sold, or given by the external world. It is the recognition of our own agency, our capacity to find stillness and presence in a world that often seems designed to pull us away from it. It's a reclamation of power, a reminder that, at any moment, we can choose to reconnect with ourselves, with the here and now. By embracing this choice, we do more than just momentarily escape the noise; we redefine our relationship with it. We train ourselves to recognize the noise not as a directive, but as a choice. This redefinition is revolutionary. It empowers us, transforms us, and in doing so, has the potential to transform the world around us. For when we change how we interact with the world, we change how we impact it. In making this choice, we become beacons of presence in a distracted world. Each act of choosing mindfulness radiates outward, influencing our interactions, our work, our relationships. It’s a ripple effect that begins within and extends far beyond us, a testament to the extraordinary power of a seemingly ordinary decision. "The Pearl Beyond Price" is thus a call to action, a gentle but firm reminder of the power we hold in every moment — the power to choose presence, peace, and mindfulness over the unceasing noise of the digital age.

I just wanted to share something that really touched my heart. I recently listened to @Knut Svanholm ∞/21M Svanholm and Marc @npub12gxr...cz45 discuss Bitcoin, but from a spiritual angle. It's not every day you hear something that resonates so deeply, especially in the world of #Bitcoin. 🌟 Their conversation was a beautiful blend of tech and spirituality, and it opened my eyes to a whole new side of Bitcoin. It's refreshing to hear such genuine insights, and it's made me appreciate the deeper layers of Bitcoin in a new light. If you're at all curious about the spiritual dimension of Bitcoin, I highly recommend giving this podcast a listen. It was a heartfelt and enlightening experience for me, and it might just be for you too. Much love to Knut and Marc for this gem! ❤️ #BitcoinJourney #SpiritualTech @Bitcoin Infinity Media

Hey #Nostr fam! 🌟 Did you ever notice the quirky number play in the Bitcoin universe? Get this: there are 2^160 possible Bitcoin addresses, right? That's a mind-bogglingly huge number for security and all that jazz. But here's the fun part: if you take a cube (yeah, like those visual metaphors for #Bitcoin blocks) and add up all the angles, guess what? You get 2,160 degrees! 🎲 Each cube face has four 90-degree angles, and with six faces, that's 6 x 4 x 90 = 2,160! A neat numerical twinning with 2^160, don't you think? Coincidence? I think so! And it's a cool one! 😎 Now, I'm not saying there's some deep, hidden meaning here. It's probably just the universe having a bit of a laugh. Or maybe it's a secret nod from the cosmos to all of us Bitcoin enthusiasts? 😉 Anyway, thought I’d share this fun slice of numerology with you all. Keep hodling and stay curious! #BitcoinFunFacts #CoincidenceOrCosmicWink 💫

When I was just a nine-year-old kid, life threw at me an unforgettable mystical experience. It happened right by this lake, a stone’s throw from where I lived. Me and my buddies were there, doing typical nine-year-old stuff – running wild, building rafts, lighting fires. But then, out of nowhere, this extraordinary snowstorm hit us. This wasn’t your run-of-the-mill snowstorm. It was a world of rich, fluffy white snowflakes, falling like waves of brilliant, soft blankets. Amidst this snowy wonder, I found myself momentarily alone, standing at the lake's edge. As I looked up, the sky was a cascade of snowflakes, each one a dance of light and shadow. And then, one snowflake – just one – started to stand out. It grew more and more pronounced in my vision, filling my entire field of view with its perfect, crystalline, six-pointed geometry. It was the most beautiful, intricate pattern I had ever seen. As I gazed, entranced, this single snowflake landed right in my eyeball and melted away. But in that instant, something magical happened. I felt as if I was imbued with its pattern of order. Suddenly, I saw it everywhere – each snowflake shared this same foundational, six-fold pattern. It was like I could connect to not just that one snowflake, but to every single one in the storm. But the realization didn’t stop with the snow. It stretched further, to my friends, the trees, the grass, even the buildings around us. Everything, every material thing, seemed to be bound by this sacred geometric pattern. This experience has never left me, and it's why I started exploring #sacredgeometry with my friend Scott at But here’s the twist – I'm starting to feel this same kind of interconnected pattern within the #Bitcoin community. It's not all figured out yet, but intuitively, I sense this technology is woven with a sacred pattern, linking everyone who touches it. Is there a beautiful pattern of order within the Bitcoin Blockchain? I'm diving in to find out. Wish me luck image

I just loved watching the Freedom Footprint show with @Jeff Booth and @Knut Svanholm ∞/21M I have been active in the transformation and consciousness movement for nearly two decades. I am new to bitcoin but increasingly excited to see consciousness conversations of this high quality in the community. Thank you for such a great show. The very core of my being that I uncover in deep inner work is identical to the part that instinctively draws me towards Bitcoin exploration. This is a quote I have on my wall for nearly 20 years from one of my favourite teachers Bob Thurman. It feels even more relevant now in relation to my journey with #Bitcoin... image

#SacredGeometry is a language that expresses a beautiful pattern of order and harmony in our world. Our Solar System is full of beautiful sacred geometric patterns. One of the most amazing is the relationship between Earth and Venus. Simply drawing a line between both planets every day for 8 years reveals this beautiful 5 fold pattern. image

Crop Circles are a wonderful mystery. There are many intriguing aspects to the phenomenon. The Anonymous nature of the authors really infuses a degree of mystery that gives them much of their power. There is something special about the creation of something beautiful and then simply walking away. This Crop Circle appeared in 2001 overnight in a field in Wiltshire, UK. Isn't it Awesome! image
