Why do I practice Qigong? Because Qigong found me through meditation, and I went to try a class. It was a certainty, a divine experience between my soul, my consciousness, and my ego. It was a truth that manifested itself in every cell of my body. When I practice Qigong, I'm in meditation, giving my body the tools it needs to find its own balance. #qigong #meditation #wellness

Sunrise Qigong at Marinha Beach, Algarve. This sky was incredible today, what a way to start the day. 🌅 Gratitude, brother @PilgrimB, for the presence and the energy exchange. Second payment received in Lightning. So happy to be slowly rebuilding myself from zero and starting life over again, but with more awareness this time. #qigong #algarve #wellness

So happy today. Had the pleasure of introducing @PilgrimB to Qigong and sharing what I love most. Even happier to receive my first payment in Bitcoin. Grateful, @PilgrimB , for this exchange of energies, Qigong for Bitcoin. ⚡ #qigong #bitcoin #wellness
