Today Albufeira celebrated the International Day of Older Persons. I participated with Qigong and had a full stage with around 200 seniors doing Qigong. What a beautiful moment I had today!
Why do I practice Qigong?
Because Qigong found me through meditation, and I went to try a class. It was a certainty, a divine experience between my soul, my consciousness, and my ego. It was a truth that manifested itself in every cell of my body. When I practice Qigong, I'm in meditation, giving my body the tools it needs to find its own balance.
