I bought this old broken Alto-Shaam dual oven about 10 months ago for $150. Refurbished it: added some smoker boxes, heat elements, and incorporated variable speed airflow. Turned it in a pretty sweet smoker <$950. A new Alto-Shaam smoker can exceed $15k. That's insane. .
