From my daily morning walk. It’s beautiful when the fog starts clearing with the sun.

Today I took my first #raw egg. Just cracked it over my mouth. Felt creepy. Felt crazy! Am I crazy? Had to laugh at myself. But then I allowed my self to actually taste it. Wasn't bad. I liked it. Could have more. An hour later I had another. And another. I could find what gives ice-cream its good flavor. It's raw egg yolks... I made that connection now. Feels crazy, eating raw eggs. Have been boiling them, frying them in so many different ways, made ice-cream with them. And here I am now. Starting to love raw eggs. Knowing it's one of the healthiest things you can eat. If you get quality eggs. It wasn't the flavor, but that it gave me instant energy and happiness. Well-being. Weird.
