Soo... Not only is steak tartar and sashimi the most nutrient dense food you can eat. Cooking it only removes nutrients. Raw meat also doesn't result in glycation or gives you AGEs. There isn't many studies on #raw #carnivore, but historically, the Inuits, the Spartans, the Masai, Australian Aboriginals, Genghis Khan's army (that took over half the world), even Native Americans and Vikings ate a lot of raw meat. Not saying we should all just eat raw meat. But I do think it is time to rethink our diet a little... In the end, it's all just ego and changing your mind about things when new facts come along.
Diet and Aging: Glycation vs AGEs
Aging is accelerated by two major processes:
Endogenous glycation – when high blood sugar constantly binds to proteins, creating damage inside the body.
Dietary AGEs – compounds formed when food is cooked at high heat (grilling, frying, roasting). About 10% are absorbed.
📊 This chart shows the estimated AGE burden of different diets:
Raw carnivore – almost no glycation, almost no dietary AGEs.
Cooked carnivore – some dietary AGEs, but stable blood sugar keeps glycation low.
Vegan/Vegetarian – low dietary AGEs, but high carbs drive continuous glycation.
Western diet – worst of both: high sugar + high AGEs from processed, fried, grilled foods.
👉 Stable blood sugar matters more for aging than dietary AGEs alone.


Our society really is like The Matrix. Everything is upside down:
- The Fiat System is a scam and Bitcoin is real money.
- Vaccines and seed oils are poison.
- Carnivore is good, vegan bad. For your health, for the planet, for animals. One grass fed cow can feed a person for a year and have a good life. Vegans importing plastic wrapped food, bee killing almonds, top soil destroying, mono-crop small animal, vermin and insect killing, plants with anti-nutrients and sprayed on poison.
- Dry fasting is good for you. In-design healing.
- Raw ruminant meat is the healthiest you can eat. All nutrients needed. No poison, no AGEs, no anti-nutrients.
- Western medicine is incentivized and designed to keep us sick.
- Politics is a theater to keep us taxed, divided and conquered.
- While nature and alternative health is an eternal teacher and resource.
Had another #dryfast on #carnivore and it went great. 30 hours, woke up 04:00 and had some water. Don’t feel sleepy at all! Walked 17000 steps and was quite active. Didn’t even take a shower, cause you get water in through the skin. With no water at all and already in ketosis from zero carbs, your body starts converting fat into water and do x3 #autophagy — which clears bad cells, cancer, etc. It’s the only way to get rid off excess skin, if you’ve been obese.
Started eating steak tartar. I say this, because saying ”eating raw meat” is such a turn-off to most. Grass-fed fresh raw beef is the healthiest we can eat. You avoid AGEs, connected to inflammation and aging. Also, cooking or burning food looses nutrients. Grinding the raw meet, here with some liver too, with a little lemon. Makes it tasty. And you feel amazing afterwards. Satisfied, but not heavy. Energetic. #carnivore #raw
