GM. Health. I now believe that the absolute best thing you can do for your health, against diseases, to maintain weight, for clarity in the brain, (except maybe training and natural nutrition) — is dry fasting. That is, avoid both food and drink. I read a book called “Dry Fast Revolution” by Michel Deladdey. I’m going to start doing a weekly dry fasting routine, start Saturday night, goal; break the fast Monday morning. Fast all Sunday. In the beginning, you can do half a Sunday and build on gradually, but later, when the body allows it, without stress, the whole Sunday. The health benefits are more than anything else I’ve done, trumping supplements, CDS, any diets or routines. It’s x3 more effective than water fasting. So from Saturday to Monday morning is a 36h fast. Equivalent to a 5-day water fast. Long dry fasts have cured everything from cancer to long covid, parasites and viruses die without water and food, while the body burns the bad and strengthens the healthy with #atophagy. Helps get rid of addictions to sugar and drugs, gives happiness, gratitude and meaning. Then when you get used to it, you can get rid of a flu in 3 days of dry fasting, lime disease in a few more. The list goes on... Sunday tips! ❤️☺️ #dryfasting

I'm doing my first #dryfast this weekend. Done 25 hours, the goal is 48h. A hard dry fast is not eating food or drinking water, not even brushing teeth or taking a shower. Amazingly, it feels easier than the water fasts I've done in the past. Started one and read "Dry Fast Revolution" by Michel Deladdey.

Here’s two ducks from my morning dip. (Still no #chemtrails) – I still do cold dips, 3 times per week, but didn’t want to bore you with repetitive images. 😁 image

GM. My breakfast/lunch today is almost carnivore. A boiled egg with that and my 100g protein meal is done. #slowcook #foodstr image

GM. Someone said they no longer see #chemtrails – because they lost #USAID – anyone seen any? Here in Gothenburg, first time I remember not seeing one since the pandemic… You see any? image

"Dagny and Francisco d'Anconia?” she replied with a dismissive smile to her friends' curious questions. "Oh no, it's not a romance. It's a kind of international industrial cartel. That's the only thing that interests them." 😅 – #aynrand

I’m a believer in having the same lunch every work day (and no breakfast), then listening to your body and refine it over time. Improving macros, micros, price. Does it keep you full, but no food coma? Does it give you focus? Cheap? Fast to do? This sallad has been working great for me (also always have an apple right after resistance training, then lunch): - 3 boiled eggs - 100g low fat cottage cheese - 1 tomato - 100g cucumber - 20g raw onion - 10g virgin olive oil - 5g balsam vinegar - 10g caviar/fish eggs - 5g pumpkin seeds - 1 brazil nut - 5g walnuts - 1g nutritional yeast - salt, black pepper & cayenne #foodstr image

Sending foot soldiers to a drone fight is like sending peasants to fight queens in chess. Should drone operating be an essential part of military training?

Forgot to mention about #zone2 —by running nose breathing slow, you only use body fat for fuel. No glycogen used. Super hack.

GM Have to tell you about my new zone 2 jogging routine. This morning, every Mon, Wed, Fri, I will do a 45 min jog. A very slow one, only breathing with my nose. If you can’t, then it’s too fast. Slow down. I play some music, from mp3:s, have my iPhone on airplane mode and use wired headphones to avoid all EMF and disturbances. A program that sends me a signal when reaching half way, to turn back. I do this to increase VO2 Max, but also, experienced extreme bliss and happiness. Laughter and even a few tears from some good calm songs and funny lyrics. Seeing the city slowly wake up, then into to forest. This is the best idea for a routine ever. Like a happiness drug. Speaking of drugs, have one mini white #nicotine snus, with flavor of spearmint, in too. Note for future runs, nose can be a bit runny breathing from only nose, had to look back so no person noticed, cleared my nostrils a few times, to breath better. Will bring some tissue next time. Thinking of taking a cold dip by the lake in the forest too next time. Have a great day you all! #dothework #zone2

Just did the Cooper VO₂ max test. Run as far possible in 12 min. Did 2,97 km (4:15min/km), which is excellent for a guy in my age group and weight 77.6 kg. Scored 55.1ml/kg/min, with my age group multiplier of x0.89 it's 49ml/kg/min. Will work on improving this because VO₂ max is one of the biggest metrics for good health and longevity. New strategy is to do a morning zone 2 jog, slow, because then you only burn fat, not glycogen, on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Same day as my resistance exercises at lunch. Thinking of doing Cooper test on Thursday and 4x4 Norwegian Method on Saturday... #vo2max #longevity
