Melatonin is a bit like Bitcoin. You try it, nothing much happens, you stop. You try everything else, nothing really works. You decide to read deeper about #melatonin, find that people do "mega doses". 0,5-2g instead of the recommended 0.075mg - 30 mg. You have to find the supplier shop that sell powder melatonin, X10 cheaper. You go through and find that all misinformation was wrong, even Huberman. It does not mess with your normal production of it. You find the work of Doris Loh and Russel J. Reiter. Mind. Blown. Melatonin not only helps with sleep but is a miracle hormone. You read about Phase Separation and all life on Earth use it. Melatonin is the most powerful longevity hormone: 1. Anti-inflammatory and antioxidant effects 2. Regulates autophagy 3. Supports NAD recycling 4. DNA repair 5. Activates sirtuins 6. Promotes sleep 7. Increases growth hormone 8. Cardioprotective

In an interview with Nikola Tesla, he mentioned every man could become enlightenment like Buddha, Christ or Zoroaster. Never heard of Zoroaster, so I asked ChatGPT: Zoroaster, also known as Zarathustra, was an ancient Persian prophet and the founder of Zoroastrianism, one of the world's oldest monotheistic religions. He is believed to have lived around 1500–1000 BCE, although the exact period is debated. Zoroaster's teachings emphasize a dualistic worldview of good and evil, with Ahura Mazda as the supreme god representing truth and order, opposed by Angra Mainyu (or Ahriman), the embodiment of chaos and deceit. His philosophical and religious ideas influenced later Abrahamic religions, such as Judaism, Christianity, and Islam. The core tenets are based on the following key concepts: 1. Ahura Mazda and Dualism: Ahura Mazda, meaning "Wise Lord," is the supreme deity, representing truth, light, and goodness. Opposing Ahura Mazda is Angra Mainyu (Ahriman), the destructive spirit representing chaos, lies, and evil. This dualism sets the stage for the cosmic struggle between good and evil that defines human life and the universe. 2. Asha and Druj: Asha (truth, order, righteousness) is the principle guiding the right path of life and is aligned with Ahura Mazda. Druj (deceit, disorder, falsehood) opposes asha and represents moral corruption and chaos. Followers are encouraged to live according to asha through good thoughts, good words, and good deeds. 3. Free Will and Choice: Humans possess free will to choose between asha and druj. Zoroaster taught that the choices people make impact the cosmic struggle between good and evil and contribute to the ultimate victory of Ahura Mazda. Morally righteous actions support the side of asha, while immoral actions empower druj. 4. Ethical Living: The emphasis is on living a morally upright life through three core principles—Humata, Hukhta, Hvarshta—which translate to "good thoughts," "good words," and "good deeds." Ethical behavior, including honesty, charity, and respect for all living beings, is fundamental to Zoroastrianism. 5. Eschatology and Final Judgment: Zoroaster's teachings include a belief in a final judgment, where each soul is judged based on their actions in life. Those who have lived righteously will be rewarded, while those who have sided with evil will face consequences. This judgment will lead to the eventual purification of all souls and the triumph of good, resulting in a renewed, perfect world. 6. Fire and Purity: Fire is a symbol of asha and represents purity, truth, and the divine. Zoroastrians hold fire sacred and use it in worship rituals as a means to connect with Ahura Mazda and reflect spiritual light and truth. Overall, Zoroaster's teachings provide a moral framework for human behavior, encourage active participation in the struggle against evil, and offer a vision of a future where truth and goodness ultimately prevail over falsehood and evil.

The death of John Jacob Astor IV in the [[Titanic]] disaster in 1912 indeed removed a potentially significant source of financial support for Nikola Tesla. Astor, being one of the wealthiest men in the world at the time and an initial investor in Tesla's Wardenclyffe Tower project, his investment and support were crucial at the early stages of the project. Had Astor not perished on the Titanic, it's conceivable that he might have continued to finance Tesla's endeavors, including the completion of the Wardenclyffe Tower. Astor's continued financial backing could have provided Tesla with the necessary funds to overcome the project's financial hurdles, allowing further development and possibly even the successful realization of Tesla's vision for wireless communication and energy transmission.

Feels weird now with all the insane #diddy news, we made this for him. I had a USA green card, was about to move to Miami and work with him. But then, it was cancelled because my manager got caught with cocaine in his home. Glad now I didn't go, maybe I would have been gang raped and filmed in some sick party... 😅

On day 24 of Animal Based diet a.k.a. Meat and Fruit. That's the end of it. I discovered that I have Hereditary Fructose Intolerance, the kinder version of this sensitivity, Fructokinase. It basically explains now why fruit and fruit juice hardly gives me any energy. And honey can give stomach pain. Well, diets are one of those things you have to try and learn from your mistakes. What works for one person, doesn't always work for another. Back to potatoes! Why did I ever forsaken you?

This can't be real, can it? Unrealized Gains Tax of 25%, you hold assets, say Bitcoin. You have to tax 25% of it every year. And if you sell it, half! image
