Bitcoin is accepted by a critical mass of products and services that matter. A critical mass number when regarding sustenance is like12 things really. So if you can find the 12 things you need in Bitcoin then hearing “daily active users” will sound like some of the dumbest shit in the World because your 12 things mean you’re out of the matrix. You are exchanging real world energy for food from people that give you sustenance for real world energy. What else do you need? If you can play Mario brothers in real life how could you possibly find “daily active users” an interesting or relevant thing?

Culture is what you won't tolerate. If you don't tolerate tardiness, then when people ask your team about the culture they will say things "you can't be late here" so long as you show that you don't tolerate it. If you tolerate tardiness, no one will explain your culture as punctual. When you're building a culture think about the select few things (too many and they can't be remembered) like direct feedback, *A players only, speed and kindness not to be confused with weakness. *A Player Definition: 90% likely to achieve outcomes that only 10% of applicants for that role could achieve. If I’m lookin at a seed stage investment I’m doing everything I can to see a too good to be true testimonial from a an early customer. The ugliest version of a product producing these testimonials is the signal. Before I understood any technical underpinnings of Bitcoin, I heard over and over and over again in clubhouse, on twitter, or in person thee most evangelical psychopathic testimonials. They were all in unison as well ie saying the same exact reasons for why Bitcoin was a discovery or invention of a savings technology. Once you think about Bitcoin as a savings technology company, you can’t unsee everyone that is an evangelist also as a best in class project manager, sales rep, customer and referral engine that are all on the same team. All not just working for free but confidently ok with the risk of going to zero because of how purposeful it feels to commit to it. GM & GFY
