I bet that "the report "should" have been released a week ago. But the makerfeild by-election presented an opportunity. To withhold it's release by a week till Friday the 12th or Monday the 14th of june and it's been re-written to highlight Andy Burnhams involment in a cover up, so that it can be used as a political weapon. " I don't know if im just old or lived long enough to be a cynic but my bet now is that report will get released monday between 12:30 pm and 14:30 pm BST. That gives enough time for it to be read and then hit the news for 6.
