a) there's enough coffee left in the pot to be able to microwave a cup

b) the next cup is brewing, and you get to savor that aroma while you're drinking your first cup

Did indeed have some rain yesterday...will muddy up the rivers a bit, but should clear in a day or so (assuming no additional rain).
Have that "crisp" morning temperatures today...fall is coming. (And I do wish we'd stop with the daylight savings time--always makes that first week feel really weird).

Supposedly going to rain today, and it kind of looks like it. But then again, we had tremendous weather for the weekend, so a little rain to balance it out is perfectly fine.
Just an excuse to sit on the porch and watch the rain (with a cup of coffee of course).
