To say I’m excited to announce the next event is an understatement, so here we go… Batley Entrepreneurship Club Presents: Building Global Ventures. An evening with two entrepreneurial tanks: 💥 Azam Jaafri and 💥 Yousif Aslam Azam successfully built and exited his business, going from Yorkshire to Bahrain. He is now a venture builder and investor in multiple brands, including Foodery, amongst others. Yousif is the Co-Founder and Managing Director of Heavenly Desserts. This is a brand that started from local roots but has now scaled to 60+ locations, and has gone international. I mentioned it last time, to get one of these to come to Batley is a coup, to get them both on the same night is something else! This event is going to be electric: 📆 Friday 30 January 2026 ⏰ 18:00 📍 Batley Town Hall Secure your place for this memorable evening and register now: https://batleyentrepreneurshipclub.com/events/building-global-ventures Shout out to the supporters and sponsors for this event: - West Yorkshire Combined Authority - Chaiiwala Batley This is Batlehh, where things happen…and it’s happening on January 30! 😁 #WhereOpportunityLives image

If you really want to do something, you’ll get it done. Bad back pain would’ve kept me out of the gym today. But I really wanted to get in the 4th session. That was the energy that got me through 100 days in the gym a few years ago. It’s the same energy you need when building your project, side hustle or business. There will always be obstacles. But those are really tests: do you really want it?! Too many build something “hoping” it might work or just seeing how it goes. Issue with that is, when the first obstacle comes, it leads to giving up. Instead, you need to commit and be relentless in the pursuit of your objective. Whether that’s business, fitness, personal or anything else. https://blossom.primal.net/d0448840969421357ee63f54c8baa92b34eba4e026b9177725bf863d41be67a4.mov

Business idea: Book a chauffeur driven vehicle for long drives BUT, fill the vehicle with people discussing bizzness. Kinda like networking on the road. Few weeks ago I made videos about the horrible traffic in and out of Manchester - I find driving such a waste of time. Yeah you can do calls whilst driving, but it’s not the same as being in a luxury vehicle physically with others whom you then connect with on a deeper level, discuss various things, and still have the time to do other bits on your phone/laptop. One of you needs to run with this idea: “we don’t just get you chauffeur driven, we get you chauffeur driven with strategic passengers.” Anyhow, that’s not what this trip was about. This was about Nasar Hussain and Waj Arif’s great work with Islamic Relief. I was lucky enough to be invited along to something that turned into a great experience all around on multiple fronts. Couldn’t therefore not do a video for Luxe Executive Travel, Waj’s very own Chauffeur Driven business. Maybe he’ll run with the networking on the road idea. 😁 https://blossom.primal.net/e531c379a84711c98ea76c85dd63b5cadcf205a4f115446af6e849ef9d9906f6.mov

I’m going to be sharing the stage with two absolute tanks in January iA… …my current average of gym 3x a week might not be enough to stop me looking like a dweeb in comparison 😂 Jokes aside, it’s been a struggle trying to maintain a gym routine whilst parenting 3 kids and building an unusual project which has so many moving parts to it. Only now about 3 months later am I starting to feel good. They say starting is the hardest part, which just isn’t true. Starting is easy. Carrying on when you’re not seeing or feeling the results is the hard part. This especially applies to building a project, business or side hustle. So many get excited at the start, jump in, then stall when realising how hard and slow it is - espesh when you can’t tangibly see the progress being made That’s just the price of admission - so keep going. For now, keep an eye out for the official announcements about the 30 January Batley Entrepreneurship Club event… …and get to the gym. https://blossom.primal.net/c47188382fa31d50a5747fc86ce63f98340175c905567e9058bf2e10d035eefd.mov

Highlights of the London trip this weekend. I wanted to do a road trip travel-vlog style documentary - but the lads were having nothing of it 😂 Managed to sneak in these tid bits here and there. It was packed with so much more, naturally all the best parts were off camera. Just an overnight stay, but felt much longer considering all we got through. London might as well be another country compared to the Norff. But it’s got a vibe of its own. They tell us it’s dangerous. We were walking around at 1am no issues. Even saw a hijabi lady walking out by herself that late! Not to say there aren’t issues, but like I have been saying for a while - the UK is a great place and not as bad as being made out. When you connect with the right people, you feel the difference. Spending time with these gents was great, but so was meeting all the new people as well - so many positives and so many opportunities in the UK. Make an effort to genuinely be positive, you’ll be surprised how positive things begin to surround you. Credit to: Nasar Hussain for the invitation, which doesn’t even happen without the amazing work that was done behind the scenes for the last decade culminating in the charitable project in Balochistan. Sadaat Khan for providing exemplary company, and who has a phenomenal project of his own. Wajid Arif and his company Luxe Executive Travel for an unforgettable experience of cruising around London city in a Rolls Royce Ghost. Two young guns and future stars Aydin Hussain & Zain Yaqub who soldiered through with youthful energy. And of course Islamic Relief UK for putting together an amazing event. To end with some words of wisdom from Dr Hany, especially if you’re feeling despondent and dead: “A man who loves life will live forever. A woman who loves life will live forever. Never lose hope and never stop loving.” (can’t do justice because Dr Hany’s delivery was impeccable - but you get the gist) https://blossom.primal.net/e75b0b22eea4ae245e010131142e0dcf0dabe1ed3165b09c4c2490823ba1bc00.mov

Man smashed it out on a stage in Batley, next thing you know he’s smashing it out centre stage in London! One post will not do justice to this weekend gone in London. However, Nasar Hussain brought the Bradford charm to the Capital City and inspired the crowd. The event as a whole was amazing, huge credit to Zia Salik and the Islamic Relief UK team once again. There were so many golden moments from so many people. Including some incredibly emotional and distressing ones; collectively we have so much more to do. But to hear Dr Hany speak for the first time was the icing on the cake. How he captivated the crowd with such simplicity yet power was something to behold. Road trips like this solidify brotherhoods, and it certainly felt that way spending time with Nasar, Saadat, Wajid, Aydan and Zain - as well as making many new connections down south. More posts to come, and an attempted travel-vlog, about the different aspects of this trip. image image image image image

I might be in the minority, but I love livin’ in the UK. Sure there are lots of challenges and rising issues. But there are still so many good things to be grateful for. Yesterday I took a detour that ended up becoming a majestic experience, appreciating the beauty created by God. It was a winding road, out of something like Gran Turismo, with sublime views of valleys, hills, mountains covered in ice/snow…as well as a reservoir/lake in between. All whilst the sun was blazing. The sky was blue. And those fluffy white clouds painted the sky. People might bemoan the business landscape; but again there are just so many opportunities out there right now at different levels. It’s just a matter of stacking skills, getting yourself out there, and seeing the positives. Strange things happen when you do that…you start experiencing more positive things. S’pose the same is true for the opposite, negativity begets more negativiteh. So what will you choose?! https://blossom.primal.net/a418c6ca189396f4262a8c8cb6df8f18fe582a804227c09c4a75b17337242275.mov

Everyone talks about their passion and mission when it comes to building their brands and projects. But tbh it does often feel forced and fake. Not with Saadat Khan though. Moduliv and the modular homes project he’s spearheading means so much more to him. You can feel it’s in his soul to build this, and iA this is the reason why it will be even more successful than where it’s at today. Especially when you hear the background story… …which will be for another exclusive night for the Batley Entrepreneurship Club towards the middle of next year iA. By that time, we will hopefully have further excited updates about the Moduliv project too. https://blossom.primal.net/6ed4fd092e06450b259e981ffaa6baa43ae4d05e53da6ef7aa0cbfa41ad8d776.mov

Spent the day in Preston yesterday with my bro Saadat Khan unveiling this incredibly impressive modular home. The quality, design and build is just fantastic. This is a serious solution to the housing problem in the UK and beyond - and so you’ll be hearing a lot about Moduliv Homes iA. No planning permission required to install these; and you can stack 3 more blocks on top of this one. The speed in which these can be put together, compared to traditional construction, is extraordinary. The list of benefits can go on. But that’s for another time. This is something you just want to be involved in if you’re a property developer, investor or looking to buy a home. Ngl…for a long time I was the first (although the talking was mainly to myself in my head). Transitioned into the latter, and it’s been brutal. Academics and employment are also the former. Whilst they come with their own challenges, it’s still relatively safe because you have teachers/managers to guide you. Doing your own thing removes all of that safety, comfort and guidance. What I’m noticing a lot, espesh since starting the Batley Entrepreneurship Club, is that people want to build their project, side hustle or business whilst staying comfortable. It just doesn’t work. You have to go through pain. And there’s a lot of it. Far too many are giving the “it’s so easy to make a milli” vibe; far too many are falling for it. You’ve heard it often, growth comes from discomfort. So if you want to stay comfortable how do you expect to grow and get results? This doesn’t just apply to those in employment looking to start a biz. It also applies to those that have gotten to a comfortable level in their business. The next stage of growth for a comfortable entrepreneur is acquisitions or becoming a venture builder/fund. Both of which are very difficult and brutal. Whatever stage you’re at, there is always another level. And getting to that level means extreme discomfort for a period of time. It’s easy to talk about ideas. It’s hard to execute them. image

“People surely won’t marry AI?!” I’ve had many conversations about why BEC exists, and why Minotaur Mastery exists, although the latter has been getting less attention. Many that have spoken with me will attest to how I mentioned the next gen will have full blown relationships with AI, and even marry AI. I’ve put out many posts about it too. Some took it seriously. Most just brushed it off. This threat is real. It’s already happening. Real world community is now paramount; hence I’m giving Batley Entrepreneurship Club so much energy. Anyone that’s known me from before knows how much I disliked going out. My preferred state was to be quiet, alone, in-doors. It’s not an option anymore. The next gen needs to be encouraged to be way more social, build communication skills, interact OFFLINE. That doesn’t mean disregard online - but use it for the right purposes. Which comes back to the idea and importance of the right role models stepping up. I’ve been banging on about this for a very long time now. But there’s still a reluctance from many that should be putting themselves out there, just not doing it. One of the main reasons is being uncomfortable on camera and creating content. Video content from “real” people is the most important brand in a world that will be full of AI deception. You need to build that brand and trust now; doing so later will have people question if it’s real or AI. Even more-so if you’re smart, intelligent, and have a lot of potential to offer the right type of guidance. The Minotaur Video Exemplar programme unlocks all of this. Send me a DM with “MVE” to forge you into becoming an impact-making brand. image image image

Dirgh Suri came all the way from Birmingham to attend the Batley Entrepreneurship Club network launch event. He shared a few words about his thoughts on the evening here. Dirgh is Head of Sales & Marketing for Giro Foods, a company doing £30M+ based in the Birmingham ends. It’s a real pleasure to have individuals of this calibre from big companies down south come up to Batley. There’s a lot of scope for business and opportunities for Batley and the surrounding areas with the bigger cities. Gatherings like this open gateways for collabs to happen. Keep your eyes peeled, plans for next year arw being laid. https://blossom.primal.net/b55b42af55b68163e3606adb22d4fb2b9445fb06f6f9f1f716c8e3ec2f27b455.mov

Isobel Townend of Heeleys attended the Batley Entrepreneurship Club Network Launch event and had these words to say. Heeleys are doing some great work for Batley, and will be fully up and running in the summer of next year. However, they are still doing some amazing things already, with the exciting upcoming Narnia Festive market taking place this December. Been telling y’all there’s good things happening in Batley with good people working hard behind the scenes. So many things to look forward to and get behind. This is Batlehhh, where things happen! https://blossom.primal.net/3256f17e6302d8e35457c4674f253a5fac0f75cf894b9cb0fc0b0028f69a7c50.mov

I’ve never been to a boxing match - I plan on going to my first one this December. Whilst Callum Simpson hails from Barnsley… …he actually trains in BATLEY! Yep, you read that correctly. That makes him a “Batley Badman” in my book 😂 Espesh with his record of being undefeated in 18 fights, 13 of those knockouts. You’ll actually be surprised by the boxing talent in Batley (I was myself). But that’s a story for another day. For now, if you fancy coming along for this fight in Leeds, hit me up. image

Attended my first ever Black Tie event yesterday (yes really). Wasn’t sure what to expect but ended up having a great time. Huge about to Shahrukh Ali and Moinul Islam, not only for the invitation, but looking after me really well all evening. These guys at Ashrock Estates are doing some phenomenal work, with big things to come too iA. Had a brilliant convo throughout the evening, and connected on a deeper level. I’ve been seeing Shahrukh on social media; who also came to the first event we did at Batley Library. But yesterday was the first time really sitting down and speaking - and there were just so many shared values. They also kindly offered to support the Batley Entrepreneurship Club with the plans for next year. As for the event itself, was really insightful and inspiring to see the work that the Parklane Foundation are doing. Met some amazing people, and just further cements the idea that there is so much opportunity and so much good happening in the Northern part of the UK. image image image image

Man started by sh** posting on Twitter. Had an alter-ego / pseudonym for his rap career. And then went on to become Mayor of New York due to his social media activity. The key thing to look at here is the date. 5-15 years of social media activity. Some of you try social media for a few weeks/months, get no traction and give up. Social media, used correctly, will 💯 change the trajectory of your life if you intend it to…. …but you have to think in terms of YEARS, not months. Too many have been influenced by the “make money quickly” crowd. You have to understand the marketing principle that gets taught a lot: “Make it sound so easy and so quick that anybody can do it; because if you make it sound hard, nobody will buy” So all of these online courses and programmes get sold using this “tactic” People then sign-on, realise it’s hard and takes time, give up - and that’s why so many courses are considered scams. This is also the reason why we need better role models stepping forward, creating content, and providing realistic insight on what it really takes: - Hard-work - Discipline - Time! Expectations need to be realigned so people starting their side-hustles, projects, businesses understand it is going to take a lot of time. The first part, the hardest part, is getting attention and getting known… …which starts with creating content for a consistent period. Not every post needs to be business-educational - inject your personality, lifestyle, hobbies and interests. Be you first. Build your skillset. Build your network. And then go from there. image image image image image image

Errr’one talking about AI. Nobody talking about quantum computing. If this is what it can do to one of the “securest” technologies in existence; imagine what it can do with everything else. AI combined with quantum computing - we ain’t readeh. Buckle up buttercup, we in for a wild ride… Real world communities and local projects are now more important than ever on so many levels. Continue building online, but take it offline and make it local. BEC is practicin’ what I’m preachin’ Build yourself first Become visible Build your community thereafter Join now: https://batleyentrepreneurshipclub.com image
