I have a question that might possibly be a hot take. Public School teachers post their wish lists publicly and are received with open arms. Should homeschool parents be able to post their wish lists and receive the same response? *Disclaimer: This is coming from a retired public school teacher that was discouraged by the district to post wish lists because it made them *look bad*

🌿 Week 1 Co-op 🌿 Today was our official first meetup for our local co-op. Last week was a meet and greet. Today we focused on the "N" sound and used playdough and items from nature to create a bird nest. 🐦‍⬛🍃

🌿We had our first homeschool co-op meet up today! We met at the cutest little park and completed crafts using items from nature. They focus on Waldorf & Montessori inspired curriculum. If you're local to the CSRA and interested in homeschooling for ages 7 and under, let me know! 🌿

You know your husband loves you when you call on your evening walk and say "I'm bringing a pig home" and he just says "ok." Pignelope is waiting her on mama to pick her up but enjoyed eating from our garden in the meantime. @OceanSlim

We attended our first science lesson at our local swamp today! We learned about ovals in nature and completed various activities such as: observing oval shaped objects around us, painting a turtle, reading a story, a nature walk, & games. I'm so glad I found this program and can't wait for our next class in September.
