I am am trying to reduce the excessive background noise when I record yoga videos in my yoga room. Particularly dogs barking ( not my own) . Do I use noise blocking or noise absorbing? Would office cubicles partitions help? Its a dog friendly neighborhood and I don’t mind except when recording and the neighbor suddenly has a fur kid meet up happening.
Why are yoga and meditation important processes to know? I feel they are a missing tool in helping you cope with life and its challenges that cause your suffering. In my opinion, the practice and experience of meditation and yoga are some of the greatest coping skills to have as your companion during difficult times and well beyond it too!

Good morning. Stackin fuggems day fir me today but.. Make sure you all get your 5 minutes of meditation in before you start your day or perhaps at lunch to refresh your mind 1. Sit in a quiet place. 2. Close your eyes and inhale 3. Retain the breath and In your mind say I 4. Exhale and suspend the breath and in your mind say AM 5. Practice 5 minutes ❤️🤗 (I on the inhale retention AM on the exhale suspension) 😍

Time to take care if your emotions and mind before you get out in your day ( or even if you are in your day already) . Your emotions are THE commodity the evil in our world wants to own. Once they have that , your mind is trapped in their system. Your emotions are a wonderful part of your life! Its best YOU own them for your highest good outcome. Heres a quick meditation you can do anytime: close your eyes and inhale.Suspend the breath(hold it) for as long as its easy to do . Don’t struggle. Then exhale and suspend(hold) that part of the breath as long as you can without struggle . If done properly you should not get breathless. Practice 5 minutes or longer. Doing this meditation will help recalibrate your vagus nerve response. Enjoy your day!
