I have been in LOVE with this rendition of the Adi Mantra ! Played it last week almost every day. Played it today too to set my meditation space. This is a very grounding mantra that connects you to your divine wisdom. I bow to the Divine God wisdom and I bow to the Divine teacher within me.
Hi all nice to be back! My new deck steps are just about done and I’ve been busy taking down my container garden and prepping outdoors for the change of seasons . I have been on critter patrol too - mice ! Fixing up entry points again and putting traps in the cabinets. 😕Usually takes a month and then i dont see any for the rest of the year. . Hope you all take a mind break from social media today and get outdoors for a bit!

After all if your mind is a terrible thing to waste, giving away your emotional mind is a disaster. Here is the singing bowl sound bath I played today if you like to experience it. The nice thing about the vibrational healing is you can put it on while you do something and it can still be effective!

My friend and I went to a Victorian Tea House today. What an awesome experience in the relaxing gentility of an afternoon tea. And OOOO the tasty “crumpets”
Good morning! How about chanting for your 5 minute meditation today? Its really easy. A great one to start your day off is just saying the sound of a long letter “O” . (As in go) You inhale and on the exhale say out loud the “O” in a long drawn out way “ooooooooooo” for the length of your exhale breath. Repeat for your 5 minutes. Eyes are closed and looking up at your brow point. This sound will bring your mind out of the night energy of dreams and sleep. It also will bring in the energy of safety and purpose as it grounds you at the first chakra , the Root Chakra Muladhara; EARTH .
I had to chuckle a bit when I came across gold and silver in here .. 😄. Shiny rocks! image
