Yoga Therapist helping you cope with life one breath at a time ; livin a Sats n’ mat life
Granny Yoga says get your 5 minutes of quiet breathing done before going out the door today. You will love the effects it has on your day! …Granny Yoga also says make sure you got your lunch money with you. 👵
There is nothing that compares to the satisfaction of having an in person conversation with a friend instead of a text , email or video chat.
Its day 42 ! Just finished my last practice day of the Magic Breath Kriya! This technique took me into some old beliefs not only mine but generational and cleared out fears related to them. That allowed the fears to become unimportant and canceled their entrapments.
I got to engage my mon BTC aware massage therapist in an hour chat on BTC during my massage today. It was a great chat! ⚡️
Granny yoga says: Remember to start your day with a gentle moment of sitting quietly and breathing a slow relaxed breath. 5 minutes is all it takes to change what you place before you. ❤️.
Good morning and Namaste everyone. “ May the light within me honor the light within you” 🙏 “Nama means bow; as means I; and te means you,” says yoga teacher Aadil Palkhivala. “Therefore, namaste literally means ‘bow me you’ or ‘I bow to you.’” The “Divine in you” interpretation comes from the Hindu belief that God resides in everyone, so any person you greet deserves respect. “The gesture is an acknowledgment of the soul in one by the soul in another,” says Palkhivala, who began studying under B. K. S. Iyengar when he was a child.
A Misconception What’s the first thing that comes to mind when you think of yoga? Usually it has something to do with stretching. Perhaps you think of slow movement or not moving at all. You might think about sitting in a cross legged position while breathing with your eyes closed. Perhaps you might think of the relaxed music that is usually playing in a yoga environment. I would agree with you. All those things are part of yoga! But while I may absolutely love the effects of all these elements of yoga and hold each very dear to my heart, you, in an agitated, trapped and bottled up, stressed out emotional place might cringe, and heartily run the other way from it all. And you know what? You might exactly be doing the right thing. image Find out more here
You are a being of light. Its best that YOU know how to turn that light on . When you have that skill, the darkness has a hard time manipulating you. Take back your light. - @myundividedlife
Coming up for air 😮‍💨. How in in the world did I schedule so many things all in one week???! Hope you all are still doing yoga and meditation without me! 😍
Day 33 of doing Magic Breath Kriya. 9 dats left to go! About the breath, from Karena Virginia’s book , Essential Kundalini Yoga “This breath activates the pituitary gland, which allows us to directly experience our vastness and our ability to cocreate with the infinite on earth. It is based on an ancient technique from the oldest historic writings of Yoga. Underneath the joy and the inspirations, the hurt and the disappointments, the strivings and the reactions, there is a river of love, constant, flowing, like luminescent, liquid light, alive, and aware of you and me. We can cocreate with that river, respond to its call to participate in creating love. When we consciously choose to agree with our worth as a person, with love and trust, and without ego, the dam floodgates open, the waters flow freely, and the self rises up and starts flourishing with magnificent beauty. “
Go to the third person in your phone contacts and send: thought of you sending love . 😍.
Universal access of Om Like an object depicted in numerous ways by numerous painters, Om’s essence is uniquely manifested and accessed by different types of people all over the world. As yogis commonly conclude their meditations with the chanting of Om, the Judeo-Christian utterance of “Amen,” and the Islamic version “Amin,” are used by followers to evoke the energy of the Divine at the end of a prayer. Even within Hinduism, the meaning and connotations of Om is perceived in a variety of ways. Though heard and often written as “om,” due to the way it sounds when it is repeatedly chanted, the sacred syllable is originally and more accurately spelled as “aum.” Om encompasses all of creation, and its merciful energy can be attained by any who seek it,..

Day 27 Miracle breath Kriya 15 days to go 😀 “This breath uses the lips and tongue to create a powerful effect on the brain stem that helps you be in control of your own prana. It activates the pituitary gland, which allows you to directly experience, your vastness and your ability to cocreate with the infinite on earth. It is based on an ancient technique from the oldest historic writings of Yoga.” ~Karena Virginia , Essential Kundalini
