For the first time I’m gonna say, Dave Smith can go fuck himself. As someone myself who was denied part of a procedure by United Healthcare using a bullshit excuse as to why, Luigi is a hero to me. They denied part of a surgery on a Friday afternoon at 4pm, my surgery was scheduled for 8am Monday morning. Leaving me with no time to try to appeal. The part they denied would have increased my breathing capacity by 20-30%.
