I’ve always been a fan of Stanley Kubrick. He made some of the most iconic films of our generation, “2001 a space odyssey, clockwork orange, the shining etc etc”. He was a genius so you can understand my disappointment when “Eyes Wide Shut” came out, some weird film about a doctor getting dragged into a satanic cult that conducted sacrificial orgies. Im watching Vantage Point on Netflix but I’m absolutely sure I’ve watched it before but Netflix (algorithm) is saying I haven’t watched it but i know it’s lying. This is an existential crisis.
