Running for ALS Foundation!
#RUNSTR #Running #ALSFoundationMexico is going to be in the news a lot. Mexico holds 25% of silver worldwide. Those mines are valuable.
You inspire.

Gm Nostr,
I feel safe here. Thank you!
Today, we run for Hal Finney. We run for ALS.
Here's music to motivate you on your challenge.
Just Rock N Roll and get the challenge done!
Ipanema sunset...
The sun was settling on the beach,
It had the colors of a peach.
The night abruptly came with a cool breeze,
Nothing like the east coast freeze.
In an instant you could easily fall in love with Rio.
Take a walk with a trio.
It was the beginning of the night.
People were gathering in delight.
The sidewalk had the brightest light.
The beach was filled with people spinning,
The restaurants filled with people were dinning.
The sunset left the moonlight.

If you are running 21km tomorrow. Please carb load with oatmeal today. Eat oatmeal and drink pomegranate juice. I know weird combo but it kind of works.
We need to do more yoga.
Yoga class was full this week. It was 6 yogis on the last week of December and 28 this week. It's great! I love new yogis. I've been practicing yoga on and off for 18 years and every time I attend, I still feel like a beginner. My body cracked three times on my last class. I need more yoga because of body stiffness. I am convinced running makes my body more stiff and yoga tries to keep me flexible. The body is fighting back and forth with stiffness and flexibility. I need both practices in my life.
Good morning nostr,
I asked God for abundance and I keep receiving ripe bananas & loads of carrots.
Talk about perfecting my banana bread recipe. I have to start giving banana bread away. There's too many bananas. And, if I don't bake, in another day or two I will have to throw the bananas away. I am in a weird situation, right now. Last night, I baked for the neighbor. If you want banana bread, I got you.
Expect a lot of carrot recipes too. Out of nowhere, I now have 10 lbs of carrots in my possession. I have to start getting very creative with carrots. Life is interesting.
Good morning friends!
Today, we are upgrading our barista skills using a milk frother. Great for the office if you love cappuccinos. You can use milk or creamer.

I bake because I love experimenting with flavors. I love learning new cuisines.
This is your sign to bake with real cranberries. I am still experimenting with this recipe.

I fried Tofu for the first time. It went well. Here's a video of such experience.
My friend gave me kimchi for the first time and now, I need to learn how to make it or I need to know where to buy it.
I think I was asian in my previous life because I love the cuisine. My Asian soups are getting better. I brought tofu for the first time and I am a little scare to touch it. LOL! I have never cooked tofu before. I've eaten it but never dealt with it. I want to learn to make Miso soup.

AI slop is what AI art is called. While some hate it, others see opportunities.
Like fill the walls with it and let people experience a room that is constantly moving. A bit genius, if you tell me and then, charge an entry fee.
On week 42, I completed another half. I crushed it! After mile 5, the cold hitting my face feels like nothing. 25 degree weather has nothing on me.
I treated myself to Lombardi's pizza after my run. For being the first pizzeria in NYC, it's really good. A little overpriced but it's worth it. That's a really good place to go. Vero said- "Mom can we come back tomorrow." LOL! Vero enjoyed the meatballs from there. I also went to Mercer Labs. That's a great place to check out in NYC. The fun part about my runs is the adventures I have in NYC. I wouldn't have it any other way. Life is lovely. I feel blessed. Life is better with adventure in it.

The most interesting thing I found in NYC this week was a statue of the Founder of Dominican Republic, Juan Pablo Duarte. I also found a plaque on the ground that said that the water system in one of the gardens in Central Park was donated in the memory of Mary Clark Rockefeller. It's quite interesting.

The motivation to get through my running goals today is just to show up. It's too cold to complain but rock is the only thing putting me in the mindset to crush another half.
That's the motto today: Crush it!
This song specifically. And, if you listen to this song, you will crush your goals too. Crush your goals! Run, jog, walk. Do whatever it takes but show up.
