This cold snap just started and i'm already wishing for my sunshine and more reasonable temps. But oh well, we are warm and comfortable, and i'm thankful for that. Today i'll be cooking some roast and some meatloaf, just to have something prepared in case of power outage. Maybe boil some eggs too. As far outdoor stuff, we need to check on all the critters, but i think we'll stay busy with indoor stuff for a few days.
