And if we finally get some rain this week, we need to start working on getting the T posts in the ground for the new enclosure around the chicken run. Ok, gonna test our venison burgers we just ground up. Topped them with an egg, and sides of grilled onions and avocado. I'll let yall know . #foodstr #homesteading

So we got the venison ground up just now, ended up with about 36 lbs of ground meat. I did add some brisket for the fat, but not alot. This was from one deer, and we still have one more in the freezer. Our little grinder has worked great for this task. I bought it about 4 yrs ago, and it hasnt failed me. #homesteading #DiyGroundMeat
