So we got the venison ground up just now, ended up with about 36 lbs of ground meat. I did add some brisket for the fat, but not alot. This was from one deer, and we still have one more in the freezer. Our little grinder has worked great for this task. I bought it about 4 yrs ago, and it hasnt failed me. #homesteading #DiyGroundMeat
