We visited a friend's house and they just built this cool little fishing dock. I want something similar at our pond, and he said he could help us build one. Maybe our next little project. #homesteading

I got all my swiss chard and multiplying onions planted, but still have some garlic and shallots to plant. It should be a great day, and i'm ready to go. Got a big pot of beef and cabbage stew going, with carrots, garlic, and of course lots of cilantro, because in this house no stew happens without it. I threw in some cream cheese to give it a slightly creamy texture, we'll see how that works. You gotta try stuff. #foodstr #homesteading

So i've been craving a good beef and cabbage stew, even though our days are still pretty warm here. I have everything i need for it except the cabbage, so i'll pick some up while we're in town this morning.
