A few days ago we moved the baby chicks into one of the regular coops, and they are doing well, except we still have to pick them up and put them on the roost at night. I guess they're still very young and small, hopefully they start jumping up themselves soon. Good morning nostr, and happy friday. We might go visit the resale shop today, then maybe take Lucy on a long trail walk, on leash. She usually gets to run free on our walks, but occasionally i'll leash her just so she stays familiar with a leash. In an emergency i want her to be comfortable in a leash. As far as the baby chicks, i'm debating moving them out of the brooder and into a coop, but i dont think they are quite ready. They need to get a bit bigger still.
