gm ☕️💪🏻 Ready to switch up my #lifting program, so I fed my 1RMs into #ChatGPT 4o, and let it write a phased twelve week program. The first morning felt light, but we’re only at 65% - 85% #1RM. Jury’s out, but it’s novel, if nothing else.

gm 🏋🏻 Years ago, I tweaked my back in an early morning workout. My body’s not as loose & my brain’s not as locked in before sunrise. A few months ago, our morning schedule changed & I had to revisit the morning lifts. Whereas I used to rush through my sets, now I’ve got a full hour to warmup & prime, then get in to the working blocks. It’s been great.

@Jameson Lopp do you have any thoughts on mixing non- & kyc coins in the same wallet? Is it worth doubling your attack surface area to keep them separate?

It feels like an often overlooked point that just because someone is calling for $1 Million/ BTC years from now, we shouldn’t assume we’ll have the same purchasing power then as we do now. If anything, it’s almost a guarantee that your money will buy less, not more, than it does today, even if ₿ is your unit of account.
