EU Regulator have no clue how Bitcoin works. Exchanges demand a small incoming transaction with a random amount before you withdrawl to your hardware wallet. This could be lower than the dust limit.. all of that makes so sense.. They know NOTHING about Bitcoin. P2P is the way.
