The fact that equity is owned by the state is leads is so wrong. It leads, once again, to misaligned incentives: messed up equity valuations, schizo crypto markets, and a complete lack of this form of fundraising from everyday people. Equity needs to be taken away from the hands of the state in a sly roundabout way. Using open protocols that cannot be shut down, that leverage open money and open reputation systems. Big minds are building it. @gsovereignty
