#31days After a biggish night of drinking German beer and feeling like I'd done some damage to my knee playing volleyball, I thought I'd be out today. But, I got up, did my 5km bushwalk and worked in the garden. I rubbed some comfrey salve on my knee and it feels pretty good now. Wrapped up the day with the family, the sun shining through the new grapevine buds. #grownostr
