Morning Nostriches Morning pond report is cold! There’s a beautiful mist rising off the field across the street that I got see when I fed animals this morning. Sheep are in a good mood, turkeys are getting fat & chickens made me eggs. Life in the farm is awesome! #coffeechain

Little bit of drama this morning as the hubs alternator went out in the van this morning & I had to rescue him from a parking lot & pick up his 2 riders he hadn’t grabbed yet. Everyone’s safe & at their destinations so all is good. #coffeechain

Morning Nostriches! Morning pond report is chilly! I spent sunrise in the deer blind not seeing deer. I did see one on my Saturday morning hunt. Did not take the shot as it was female, but got the excitement of the hunt this year finally. Watched her chew on corn for 10 minutes while I sat feet away from her, then as an added bonus 3 turkeys came through. Next week I am off of the fiat mine to hunt for reals. Hopefully I’ll come up early & can just enjoy a vacation week. #coffeechain #hunting

Bonus pics are from the #hunting blind, I took the pic out of the other side & from my game cam that caught a buck in my corn pile 20 minutes after I packed it in, another missed opportunity. No hunting tonight it’s date night, gotta keep the hubs happy since he’ll be the one gutting my deer & dragging it back up to the house. #coffeechain
