Why are building circular #bitcoin  economies important? I'm onboarding some activists to Bitcoin, the most common question is, "how I spend this Bitcoin for real money". For many people scam fiat is "real money". Everyday people need to be able to spend their Bitcoin for it to be useful to them. We have to push more merchant adoption for bitcoin to be truly seen as "real money.

Was sad to leave Tokyo and everyone at @Nostriga. Just hit country #30 on my travels! Doing a 7 hour layover in Finland before I arrive in Vilnius, will enjoy the freezing cold weather, nothing being open at 4AM, and getting the capital city to myself 🤣

@npub1sn0w...jdv9 just mentioned that most Nostr users are using custodial Lightning wallets to receive zaps. Users don't want to run their own server to receive offline donations. We need better non custodial Lightning wallets. Looking forward to a world where I can visit a conference in the global south and see everyone using a self custodial wallet!
