Vibe coded my first actually helpful thing (for me personally) in the last day, with help from @Justin Moon via Claude code desktop I made an app that rips YouTube videos (or any video file) and auto-hardcodes really good captions and gives you a nice little file ready for sharing on social. Really fast. Vibe-coded a nice chrome extension for it as well. My sense is 90% of the vibe coding posting stuff and slop on social is hugely exaggerated (“one-shotting”) but that in a matter of hours a non-technical person can accomplish some really interesting stuff, esp if they can get some advice from a good coder And this will only get more crazy in 6 and 12 and 18 months… Huge implications for scaling activism and empowering the individual

Nostr has 5x as many monthly publishing users as Farcaster has monthly active users 1.5M to 250k Not exactly apples to apples but still!
