2 friends of mine are using an app blocker for social media this month My twin sister has a dumb phone & a cage for her smartphone. Social media being unhealthy & the reasons for it are becoming mainstream. Social media needs to be a tool again instead of a data sucking, soul programming, time thief machine. Nostr is primed to fix this. GM
