I haven't seen a single chemtrail or evidence of any since the government shutdown. Earlier in the shutdown, someone posted that the best thing about the shutdown was no chemtrails. At that time, I replied that half of the operation is done by the military and the military funding isn't part of the shutdown. The other half of the operation is done by the commercial airlines, and I was under the assumption the Elites were footing the bill for that part. Well, it looks like I may have been wrong. But this reveals some important information: the Elites have found a way to shift the burden of cost of the chemtrail operations onto the taxpayer. I.E., funding is coming out of the US General Accounting Office, US Department of Treasury, and/or perhaps the DoD for both the military side of the operation and the commercial side. But I'd like to get some feedback from others to determine if they've only scaled back to heavily populated areas, or whether it has halted everywhere in the USA.
