Never REALLY though of it until today, but the fact that I constantly use three different clients to use the social media part of Nostr to post/reply/read depending on their functionality is so liberating! This has never been an option with traditional SM. It’s like Hayek’s works and ideas on economics materialized in modern world - there is no perfect SM app, but there is a collective vision of how things should operate and a plethora of approaches led by decisions of separate developers and user requests. Endogenous development driven by inspiration and feedback. Totally subjective in the moment, yet super efficient long term. Decentralized open systems FTW 🚀

Are you even a bitcoiner if you’re not willing to trade some sats for a bottle of Sovereignon Blanc? View quoted note →

@Bitcoin Calendar website is up and running. If you were looking for an app that could help you brush up on Bitcoin history knowledge, this is it. A lot more has to be done, but I’m super excited to share the first visualization of my work and provide a way for the curious ones to touch Bitcoin history early on. Please let me know what you think and suggest improvements if any View quoted note →

Finally figured out how to do automatic reposts for @Bitcoin Calendar Had to ditch the Russian part of the bot. I might run it separately if I get enough requests. The upside is the note discovery part is now pretty much fixed - the bot will post early morning UTC and late evening UTC, thus capturing both Europe-Asia nostriches and then the Americas ones. “The mystery of the third planet” predicted robots and AI replacing people at work back in 1981. On a serious note, it’s an amazing cartoon with an English dub version abailable featuring Kirsten Dunst and James Belushi, but I recommend watching the original with English subs.
