I guess there is nothing wrong with reposting your stuff if you feel like it. If most people posted in that sweet spot, we would have an avalanche of posts at that particular time and just a little activity around it…
I prefer once or twice a day at the most. Quality is better than quantity.

If your audience is located in Europe and America, then European afternoon seems quite obvious. But, as others said, just post when you please. Personally I tend to read the whole timeline, no need to repost.
I find I’m less likely to follow someone/bots that post 10+ notes a day. Unless it’s good memes.
This is a good suggestion, thank you! I’m trying to figure out how to automate reposting of own post. I think this practice is definitely worth trying.
