I don't currently feel like using a "video app" that supports non-kind-1 videos. If Divine users want me to see their content, they can wait until their content shows up for me on a shitty app I'm forced to use by lack of better choices, like Jumble. Or they can wait until divine adds kind 1 and promotes my old plebs app videos to make me use it. Or they can wait until there's a better video app that uses only kind 1 to appeal to me, and divine adds kind 1 to get their videos showing up there. Or they can wait to see if I'm given a reason to try non-kind-1 video apps again. (Copied and pasted with slight fixes from a reply I posted in another thread)

Reminder: no one else has made videos for nostr with the same level of production as mine, yet nostr devs only design their "video apps" to suppress my content and stop me from getting followers.

Good devs do not support pointless event kinds that should just be kind 1 (e.g. 34236). Devs who try to break event-type standardization for bad reasons should simply be shunned. It is not good to encourage those devs trying to obfuscate functionality. It is not good to promote pointless complexity against new devs that want to develop nostr clients. It is not good to promote shit that pointlessly confuses users, and leads to unneeded instances of questions like "why can't I see this video in this client?"

I've been so tired of scammy "devs" on nostr for such a fucking long time
