Finished 1st month strict carnivore: beef, eggs, butter, bone broth, and water. Lost 16 lbs (226 >> 210). Sleeping great. Good energy most days. Have had 3-4 days where I really wanted to quit. Hoping those urges go away next month. Plan is strict carnivore through 1Q2025.

I think the golfers in the PGA need to realize that there is a cap to their value. Many of the changes made to the PGA tour (and LIV) have centralized the $$$ to a few golfers. And the PGA’s response to LIV hasn’t been good for the game of golf. Maybe for the brand value of the current top tier PGA Tour players but not for the broader game. The more they try to centralize the value and consolidate the events, the less popular watching golf will be among their base. In pursuit of growth (funded by PE capital, btw) they might end up doing more harm than good to the sport. As with most things PE backed … they may not care about the long-term success of the sport. Just enough to flip out of their position at a profit.
