Out of Bitcoin, good will naturally happen without any forcing. When we try to be good from the origin of our thoughts it is because we do not want to do evil. However in using the mind we energise the opposite inevitably. If you watch yourself you will see this. When we free ourselves from our conditioning, good will naturally come about without forcing or following any religion. Everything falls into place naturally. Centralised < decentralised Both in mind & in money 🙏

In Asia right now. Looking at the locals lifestyle - amazing fresh food diet high in copper and essential minerals from seafood and animal products. They love fat. They exercise etc but one thing I’ve noticed is they avoid sunlight like it’s the plaque. My friend explained it’s because culturally it is seen as low standing / poor to have a tan - from working the land. So they cover everything skin eyes and any face exposed is covered in sun cream. This negative practice I think I can see in their health / posture / movement. Ideology/ beliefs = mind getting the way of optional health. The mind moves us away from nature- disconnecting us from our innate intelligence. #sun #health #mind

Working hard on the book & feeling more like writer 😬 Observing my behaviour as I do. Something I’m aware of is not wanting to put anything in the book that would cause controversy in the main stream media. I’ve seen somethings in football that are crazy & would be front page news but it was a different time and I don’t want the book to get side tracked by any celebrity BS. It would be truthful to talk about it but unnecessary to the message if you know what I mean. I’m looking for the right amount of truth without bringing up dirt. Anyway back to writing … ✍️
