10 shots and i didnt blow myself or my rifle up. Some technical issues with my chrono not picking up shots but i can load them again and test. Thinking of doing a ladder to max recommended load. Lets see what 2495 can do in 223. Picked uo some Hodgdon to compare. #reloading #gunstr #proofofwork

Over the past year I'd say that a good relationship has been buiot with the couple that owns my local reloading supply shop. Today they send out an email to clients that they want to retire and are looking for a young person who wants to run a reloading/gun shop (which i def do) but i lack the capital to buy this from them. A dream so close yet so far and now a potential new owner to deal with. Or they close up shop and i lose my local reloader. Unsure of move but think i'll stop by this weekend and feel out the future

Best group I've ever shot. 10 rounds at 50 yards. Buffalo Bore Sniper .223 Remington 77 grain. From seated position with a bipod on a bench. Can't wait to get this rifle on the 200 range but I'm going to be honest with myself and stick to the 50 while working on position fundamentals. My prone is fine but sitting unsupported is sloppy and standing off hand...laughable. Fault is my own and ill be getting off the benchrest and practicing realistic positions in addition to mobility and physical activity. Desk job is killing me and I shouldnt be this stiff. #gunstr #honest self-reflection.
