[Does Nostr Fix This?]
Over the past few months I’ve been using LLMs to rigorously optimize my training, nutrition and general wellness. Over time we’ve built up a lot of collective memory and knowledge:
- monthly blood tests and progress
- my dietary habits, recipes and routines we’ve created together
- analysis of my sleeping patterns
- specific workouts and cadences
- progress pics and Spren body scans
- etc
I often want to switch clients or models but end up staying in my same environment because the interactions have become accretive due to the history we’ve built together.
Is nostr useful here at all as a portable identity? How can we design a way to bring my LLM history and personalized memory to prevent lock in to a specific client or model?
Friend challenged me out of the blue to a 1k time trial on the ski and I was able to hit 3:32. Haven’t done this in forever but now I’m competitive - what’s a good benchmark to try to get to?
😮💨 the glass is complete. As his mark, McCallum always inserts a real dollar bill with George Washington’s eyes crossed out alongside his signature. For these customs we chose 🇨🇷 colones, making them one of a kind. View quoted note →
