Cool new app I've been using for the last couple months: Spren offers free DEXA scans for tracking body composition (muscle mass, body fat %, etc) using just your iPhone and AI. Can someone explain why it’s good to hydrate with LMNTs (and other electrolyte packets) but we shouldn’t drink ocean water? Just tried the unflavored version for first time and it tastes like … the ocean.

Is there any free online university class that is about wave/swell forecasting? Talk to any lifelong surfer and they have a PHD at reading the long-range charts, but wondering if there are any excellent online materials on the science behind it and how to interpret all that data properly.
