Meanwhile, when Saifedean Ammous, author of The Bitcoin Standard and a respected academic, sends out an educational email, it gets relegated straight to Apple’s spam folder! This raises the uncomfortable impression that Chokepoint 2.0 extends its reach beyond US exchanges.
