Nostr allows you to build things. I just created a private/public key pair, connected to a relay, set up to recieve messages from relay, subscribed to myself, and signed and sent a public note using VSC on my laptop. I am a recovering alcoholic, not a computer programmer. Nostr needs more resources for people like me! Normies like to participate too. How'd I do @Derek Ross ?

Posting on social media has always made me anxious as I feel like I need validation from other people to prove my worth. It feels different here on nostr. I don’t need to make an algorithm happy.
