This type of content fuckery would be shunned by the nostr community. Dont get me wrong, I want Bitcoin to rip face too. But this level of self justification is soo high time preference.

Anyone been to a bitdevs meetup at bitcoin park in Austin? Is it cool if non tech/devs go? I’d probably have nothing productive to add and just sit and listen. So I’ve been asking businesses I go to if they take bitcoin as payment. Not in an orange pilling way, just a simple question. Every place I’ve been to with Square POS has said they don’t accept it, or they didn’t know that Square offered this. Even though this is a free feature that currently doesn’t charge a fee. Are we really this early? Or should there be more done so these businesses are aware? Not a knock on Square by the way. #asknostr

Silver is WILD right now. Hard not to fomo in especially with bitcoin’s performance during the same time. Just have to remember one thing: It’s just a shiny rock

Not sure why I still check my X feed every once in a while. All the content there is for high time preferenced lab rats. The addict in me gets stuck in a doom scroll every time. As I just read on someone else’s note, the quality of content and the sense of community on nostr is like no other. Thankful for all my nostrites!

#GM I’ve been practicing a new way of reacting to negative or unproductive thoughts: I simply ask God to direct my thinking towards how I can be useful to him. To continue revealing the next path for me to take. I’ll admit it takes brainpower to first realize when thoughts aren’t productive, and second, to make the decision to ask for guidance. If you’re struggling, maybe give this a try. Or make your own version.

Its important the we look up from our screens and look to God and thank him for giving us eyes to read our nostr feeds. Sometimes I think we forget how lucky we are. Be thankful.
